Here in Paris, the holiday season has arrived. Wherever we walk, we see all sorts of seasonal scenes: holiday lights, garlands and wreathes, pine trees and so on. Without further ado, here are some photos of holiday time in Paris.

The Maison du Roy is a shop near the Palais Royal offering all sorts of Christmas decorations.
Many shops decorate for the holidays, including the one of the oldest chocolate shops in Paris (founded in 1761), À la Mère de Famille in the 9th arrondissement.
Another shop decorated for the holidays is
Ladurée, best known for its macarons.
The good folks at IKEA decorated for the holidays and added an animated window display.
Thanks for viewing some seasonal scenes with us. More to come.
