Random Things in DC #3

Here are some more random things spotted during our travels around DC.

In Georgetown, we spotted a gentleman transporting a chair, while clutching a stuffed animal in his left paw. 

In DuPont circle, we saw the drinking fountain pictured below.  Here's looking at you, kid.   

Pop Quiz:  Susan has a favorite spot in D.C. that combines a book shop and eatery.  Any guesses about the name?

We're Back--End of Hiatus

Greetings from sunny, cold D.C.

The hiatus is ended.  The last blog post was in early January before a few weeks of travel.  The few weeks unexpectedly became many weeks for various reasons.  Now, we're back in business--happy and healthy here in our nation's capital.
