While lost, in addition to stumbling across the Florence opera house, we also stumbled across the filming of a music video on location. The band was playing a heavy metal song in an outdoor venue with concrete and brick all around, making for a perfect setting. With some added smoke and very high energy, the performance was strong.
Below are some photos, together with a sample of the playback that the band was performing. The performance was so authentic that it could have been a live gig.
We later learned that the band is a longstanding Italian heavy metal band from Florence named Litfiba. Susan wants to attend one of their concerts in a few months. Anyone want to join us?
