We love living in France and we love French wine.
So, when friends asked us jointly invest in a chateau and winery in the Perigord region of southwest France, we jumped at the opportunity. We are closing soon, this Thursday or Friday.

The chateau is so cool. It really is a castle, dating from the 12th century. No joke. The castle is large, with more than 10,000 s.f. of space. Plus, there are 3 guest cottages.
The best part is the property includes a working winery and large vineyard with 50 hectares (120+ acres).
