Weather in D.C. #2

Well, snow came to D.C. early this year.

This morning, a nor'easter arrived in D.C., bringing cold and precipitation in the form of snow.

Below, light snow gently blankets rooftops and cars along M Street where we live.


Below is a view of Georgetown from our apartment.

P.S.  Susan is delighted by today's snowfall.  Today is her birthday and she is happy that Mother Nature gave the gift of snow.  Now, it's time for hot chocolate and unwrapping presents.  A cashmere sweater would be a nice gift today.  Wouldn't it?
