Street Art in D.C. #6

Sticker art is a form of street art that we have seen in NYC, Florence and here in D.C.  Some of the stickers are drawings while others are slogans.

During Year 3, we have noticed many yellow stickers stuck to light poles, trash cans and other eye-level objects in our neighborhood.  Most of them are yellow with comments about Donald Trump.

Here are two recent examples.

After a while, the stickers are defaced or removed.  We guess there are one or more people in the area who object to stickers in general or these stickers in particular.  Below is an example of a defaced sticker.

Still, the anonymous person who creates and places these yellow stickers is persistent.  New stickers with new slogans appear frequently.  More to come.
