After touring the town, we toured the White Truffle Fair in the main square. There were vendors from San Miniato and from all over Tuscany. Plus, there were vendors from San Miniato's sister town in Belgium, the town of Silly. No joke.
White truffles were for sale along with all sorts of other foods--cheese, pasta, wine, etc. We sampled cheese and wine.
