Naming the Random Dude #1

Before the start of Year 4, Greg received a thoughtful gift from a family member, a beret.  Since arriving in Paris, Greg has worn his beret a few times, including during a walk in the Tuileries Garden.  When in Paris . . . .

To further the transformation, Greg was thinking he should adopt a French name.  But what French name?

Your help is needed.  What French name do you think fits the dude pictured below?

Please send your suggestions and we will share the best in a future blog post.  The winner will earn 150 points.

If you need some inspiration, below are the five most popular names for baby boys in France in 2018.

Gabriel
Raphaël
Jules
Leo
Lucas

In 1960, shortly before Greg was born, the five most popular names were:

Philippe
Jean
Patrick
Pascal
Alain

We look forward to receiving your suggestions.

Warning:  Please keep in mind that non-traditional French names are forbidden.  We don't want the French name police knocking on our door.  No joke.  Naming babies in France is serious business.  Click here to find out what happened after France won the 2018 World Cup.
