Transportation in Italy #4

Another instalment in the series--Transportation in Italy.

Vehicles in Italy come in all shapes, sizes, and types.  Below are vehicles during our time in Florence.

The Innocenti Mini T (the Italian car maker Innocenti manufactured and sold Mini's in Italy)

One of the many work trucks seen coming and going all over Florence

Another work truck

A creative variation on the typical work truck

A rare VW Thing. Not exactly compact but not very big.  Perhaps the German army left it behind during WWII.

Another rarity--the Citroen Mehari, a small off-road vehicle from way back.

An electric car getting a charge at one of the many charging stations in Florence
Another electric car getting "filled up"

P.S.  Since Greg has a passion for small Italian vehicles, he is thinking about bringing one home to the U.S.  He thinks he can fit one in his suitcase.
