The other day, we saw a cowboy hat-wearing gentleman breezing down the street on roller blades. Photo below.
We looked closer and noticed what looked like stuffed animals sitting on his shoulders. They appeared to be rats of different colors.
Next, something bad happened. We saw the tails move. You guessed it. Live rats with dyed fur.
Only in New York City. (We hope only in NYC.)
