Random Things in DC #13

It's time for some more random things.

Below is a photo of a very large corkscrew.  We wonder where we can find the wine bottle that goes with the corkscrew.

After recent very heavy rains, the Potomac River (pictured below) crested its bank in Georgetown.  Fortunately, the flood gates were already raised.  The Kennedy Center and Watergate appear in the background.

Below, another successful lunch at Grace's Table, served by volunteers from Georgetown University and the church congregation.  It was pizza day and Ledo's in Georgetown baked some excellent pies.

Susan was so delighted when she recently found a Squatty Potty display in a hardware store.  The display included "Poo Pourri", a pre-activity spray that reduces any unpleasant odor.  Susan purchased some "Poo-Pourri" for Christmas gifts.  The intended recipients?  You know who you are.
