Cars in D.C. #7

While strolling through nearby Georgetown, we spotted an exotic car, a Corvette.  What made this car exotic was not only the model but also the paint job, a gold metallic finish.  Check it out.  

When Greg was a kid, he had miniature cars, Hot Wheels.  Greg suspects the driver of the car above likewise had Hot Wheels when he was a kid, but he never quite outgrew the passion.  So, he graduated from a miniature gold Corvette (like the one pictured below) to a full-size gold Corvette.  Some kids never completely grow up.  

P.S.  Susan liked the gold Corvette, but she still prefers calling attention to herself in a red Ferrari.
