Music in D.C. Millennium Stage--Upbeat Strings

Free is good.  

So, we like the free nightly concerts on the Kennedy Center's Millennium Stage. 

We recently attended a concert featuring a violin/piano duo originally from the Czech Republic.  Billed as "Upbeat Strings", the duo played a wide variety of music, ranging from American jazz to Celtic punk.

The audience enjoyed the concert--clapping along, dancing in seats and cheering solos.
