Visiting a well air-conditioned museum on a hot, humid day is always a good idea. A recent sweltering day found us roaming around the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
One stop during our roaming was
Manus x Machina, the Met's annual fashion exhibition for 2016. You might recall an earlier blog post about the exhibition.

Some random hottie posing in front of the metal, remote-controlled dress with the miniature helicopters that launch, light and spin. |
|
A dress that moves. The skirt starts out tight to the body and then flares out. Very cool. |
|
The same dress flaring out. |

Another mechanical dress with moving parts |

The same mechanical as the back of the skirt begins to flare out. |
|
The skirt flares out even more. |
P.S. Marilyn Monroe called and wants her dress back.
