Street Art in D.C. #3 (Part 1 of 3)

The other night, while walking home from the Kennedy Center, we spotted some street art on 25th St. in Foggy Bottom.  The artwork was a rectangular box about 4 feet high.

Normally, street art is not readily seen at night.  This artwork, however, with internally lit and illuminated its stained glass-like exterior.  The internal light changed colors, changing the exterior's color.  Check it out.

Click below to see a short video of the artwork.

Street art at night.  Who knew?

We walked by the artwork during the daytime and learned that the art is part of a local outdoor exhibition called Absence & Presence.
