We returned to Foggy Bottom to view more of the curated outdoor art exhibition Absence & Presence.  Check it out.  

We might call the artwork above Scheer elegance.

Did you notice the townhouse behind the artwork.  Something is askew.  We think the crookedness of the porch enhances the setting.
