Springtime in D.C. #1

During our recent travels around D.C., we have noticed hints of Spring.  Check it out.

Blooming flowers on H Street, NW, near the White House

A random hotties points to a budding Tulip Poplar tree in the Foggy Bottom neighborhood

That's a big bud!

Despite the early signs, Spring seems to be arriving slowly this year.  The cherry blossom forecast has been revised a few times, with the peak date being delayed two weeks.

Please stay tuned.

P.S.  Yesterday morning, Winter let us know it is hanging around.  It snowed!  Who knew?
